Start with race if the culture matters. The left sidebar lists dozens of options — American, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, Arabic, Hispanic, Mexican, Brazilian, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Indonesian, and more — the same set as the filter dropdown. Pick one and the name generator pulls a given name and surname from that culture’s lists. Some cultures (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew) may show a local-script line under the Latin full name when the data has one. Gender is optional: male, female, or Any for a mixed batch. Count goes from 1 to 100; ten is the default.

None of this invents a real person’s legal name. It just reassembles curated first and last pools into temp full names ready for forms.
