Notlar
- Poland uses a 5-digit postal code in the format XX-XXX (for example, 00-590 or 31-042).
- The postal code is placed before the city name.
- Street names are often prefixed with ul. (short for ulica, meaning "street"), although the prefix is sometimes omitted.
- House and apartment numbers are commonly written as House/Apartment (for example, 10/5 means House 10, Apartment 5).
- Polish addresses generally do not include a state or province. The city and postal code are usually sufficient.
- Phone numbers consist of 9 digits. The international format is +48 followed by the 9-digit number (for example, +48 123 456 789). Domestic numbers are typically written without any trunk prefix.
